2000 years of wine making tradition are just a bike ride away.

We begin the journey an ancient stone's throw away from Saint √√¢milion, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The village itself is a wine & history lover's paradise, the shopping plentiful and the architecture extremely well preserved. Aside from the wine and food, we'll make sure to explore the famous XI century Monolithic Church and other historic monuments.

Next we'll make our way to the French Basque country. For centuries the ruling families of Europe have been coming to this region to relax and enjoy its 'lost in time' feel. The foothills of the Pyrenees are a land of traditional cuisine, coastal vistas and incredible riding.

The final part of our trip takes us to Spain and the Basque city of San Sebastian, touted as being one of the best food cities in the world and having more Michelin stars per capita than any other city, even Paris. Try one of the famous pintxos (tapas from the Basque Country) between days filled with easy pedaling through the vines and seascapes. For our last evening we'll dine in a Michelin starred restaurant, enjoying the camaraderie shared over the course of this sumptuous week.
