Inclusions

  • Pick up from and drop off at the hotel and the airport on a private tourist vehicle
  • Twin-share accommodation in Kathmandu and Pokhara including breakfast
  • Twin-share (and occasionally dormitory style) accommodation in guesthouses during biking in Annapurna region.
  • Flight to Pokhara, Pokhara- Jomsom & Flight back to Kathmandu
  • Government licensed English-speaking mountain biking guide (The number of guides and assistant guides is dictated by group size)
  • The required number of local staff and porters to carry your luggage during the trip (We assign one porter for two clients)
  • Food, accommodation, salary, insurance, equipment and medicine for our field staff
  • Annapurna Conservation Park permit and TIMS card, Upper Mustang restricted area permit worth $500 USD for 10 days
  • Permits and entry fees for sightseeing such as UNESCO world heritage sites
  • All government taxes and official expenses.
  • 3 meals (breakfast+lunch+dinner) in the biking trip Himalayas
  • Mineral water 2 liters through the trip in the mountains
  • A cup of tea or coffee with 3 meals a day

International airfare and airport departure tax
Your travel insurance (Compulsory for the trip and should cover helicopter rescue)
Nepal entry visa – you can obtain a visa easily upon arrival
All items of personal nature like drinks, laundry etc.
Biking attire and other personal gears.
Tips for biking staff and driver (Tipping is expected).
Others expenses not mentioned in the Price Includes section.
Mountain bike for yourself and bike accessories ( We strongly recommend you to bring your own)
