All included 2 day mountain biking tour, along the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW, Australia.

The tour Aussie Bike OR Hike have designed will be mostly dirt roads. places where traffic is at a minimum and wild life and sights are at a maximum!

We will all meet and load our bikes onto the Aussie Bike or Hike trailer and be transported to Coopernook to start our ride.

We will depart Coopernook and ride through the township of Moorland and onto the dirt road
leading to Diamond Head. Our destination will be the popular camping grounds, where you can ogle
the panoramic ocean views and blackened pillars of Split Rock stopping at various spots along the way.
Our staff will be waiting with another tasty lunch and you will have a chance to pat some wild kangaroos or take a swim if you like.
From there we will continue our ride to Dunbogan weaving our way along the fantastic cycle paths to eventually arrive to Camden Haven.
After taking in the sights of the Charles Hammey lookout, we will ride the final 10ks to North Haven and the end of the ride.
We will then load up the bikes into the trailer and transport to the night’s accommodation.
We will enjoy an evening in the country of the pub, sharing a delicious meal together, as wellas some icy cold beers, all presented to us by the friendly guys at the Bellevue.

Day 2 starts at the coastal town of Tuncurry - the northern gateway to the Great Lakes of NSW.
The town of Tuncurry is famous for its fishing, in fact the name 'Tuncurry' actually means “plenty fish” in the local indigenous language.
From there we will travel the old dirt road that is located at the start of “Nine Mile Beach”(yes you read that correctly- 9 miles of beach without any houses) - the road extends northwards from Tuncurry to Blackhead.
We will then arrive at Black Head Beach township, which is a multi-award winning beach town under the “Keep Australia Beautiful” Program. It is regarded as one of the best swimming beaches in the Manning Valley. It features shady Norfolk Island Pines, an ocean pool and numerous coffee shops and cafes. We will stop for a rest, a cold drink and a snack while we take in the beauty of this town.

From there we will hop onto the bikes and head to Diamond Beach
The peaceful atmosphere of the area makes you feel like you are miles from anywhere, when, in fact, you are only 25 minutes from the towns of Taree and Forster.

Once we have taken in the beauty of both towns we will head into the bush, passing by farm land and cattle grazing countryside to eventually arrive at Rainbow Flat.
Once at Rainbow Flat we will have some snacks before taking on Godfrey’s Hill.
Although it’s steep, it’s not too long (about 2k) and it’s tarmac.

We will then enter the bush and dirt roads again and filter our way through the abundance of link trails and roads, working our way to Old Bar.
We will continue our ride to eventually reach the end of the road stopping at Old Bar Beach, where the Aussie Bike or hike van will be waiting with a well-earned cold drink and some lunch, while we relax and take in the lush headland.

If everyone is still feeling OK, we will then ride our bikes to Salt Water Beach headland for our final stop.
