Just 100 km South of Barcelona, you find one of the best areas for cycling in Spain!

Lifesparkz Bike Tours organises custom designed road bike events for groups of minimum 6 persons. We stay in the Mediterranean Sport Village in Cambrils, which offers private apartments of high quality and all sorts of facilities that you like to indulge in when on an active get-away.

Lifesparkz Bike Tours will design a package with you that meets the needs of your group. Local guides will guide us, while the owner of Lifesparkz Bike Tours will join the trip and make sure that everything works out well so you can relax and enjoy your time on and off the bikes.

As soon as you come to la Costa Dorada, you fall in love with staying next to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, while you can jump on the bike and ride 1000s of kilometers through fields of fruit trees and up through winding roads in the nearby lower - medium high mountains where the highest peaks are at around 1000 m. It feels remote, the mountains are beautiful, full of forest and offers nice views. Professional road bike teams come for training camps here for a reason!

The roads are quiet and in good condition. You can stay on the more flat, cycle for hours in to the mountains or cycle a combination of both. The mountains start after around 20 km cycling on the flat from Cabrils and the climbs offer mild-medium gradients (3-7%).

We can organise events during a long weekend, for a week or longer. The minimum is 4 nights.

The price and inclusions mentioned is based on a group of 8 people staying 5 nights but there plenty of options available.

Les Alpes-Maritimes is one of the most stunning areas in the world for road biking. There is a reason why some of the greatest cyclists live and train in this area.
It is magnificent and challenging.

Lifesparkz Bike Tours guides you from the greater ocean roads and to the beautiful and tranquil mountain roads. 
We will do our best to help you prepare for what to expect on the route, so you can enjoy the scenery.

Level 1 - Easy mounteneers 30-70 km, max 700 m climb Level 2 - Experienced mounteneers 50-120 km, max 1200 m climb Level 3 - advanced mounteneers 80-180 km, 1200++ m climb

5 km outside of Nice you find the former fishing village Villefranche-sur-Mer.  Villefranche-sur-Mer attracts people from all over the world to visit the picturesque streets, the beautiful bay and wide sand beaches. Framing the bay you find Cap-Ferrat.

We meet in central Nice from where we start by going via the Promenade des Anglais. We pass the harbour and climb the ocean road in an easy pace. It starts with a 2 km uphill to Mont-Boron, but we go in an easy pace. You will be rewarded with a magnificent view in Mont Boron of the bays towards Nice and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat!

When we reach Villefranche, we stop in the old town for you to walk around and perhaps buy a snack or coffee. We can visit the old habour and the magnificent beach front.

From Villefranche, we climb to the main road again to go 2 km further on the road from Nice to make a round-trip at Cap-Ferrat.

The cap is known for glamourous villas, e.g. Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild. We make stops to enjoy beautiful sceneries of the views to Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Eze. As we reach the lighthouse , we get off the bikes to discover the scenic rocks surronding it.

At this point of the trip, you make feel like making a stop in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat for a drink, before we make our way back to Nice.
