This is a superlative Alpine cycling holiday that completes a loop around the Mont Blanc Massif and presents a very obvious challenge. Starting out from Chamonix, our 6-day cycling circuit around Mont Blanc takes us in a clockwise direction as we cycle through some of the most spectacular mountain scenery in the Alps. Crossing between France, Switzerland and Italy, we cycle many famous Tour de France passes such as the Grand St. Bernard (2469m), Cormet de Roselend, Col des Saises, Col des Aravis and the Col de la Columbiere. To make our cycling tour complete, we cycle all the 'minor' passes, such as the climb to Champex de Lac and the Italian classic, Col San Carlo. En-route, we stay in delightful villages and towns which give us a chance to appreciate a fascinating mix of Alpine culture and tradition. This Alpine road cycling holiday is surely a 'must do' ride for 'sportive' riders and cycling enthusiasts alike.
