"The tour guides (Mary & Jim) were off the charts. I had a fantastic time."- Jamie Hardt, Oconomonoc, WI - Black Hills Monument Tour Aug 2009"Jim & Dave were knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful, patient, caring, funny, entertaining and have a visible passion to be doing something you love. With the outstanding, scenery and routes, it is easy to see why you love showing off the Black Hills to visitors. Palmer Gulch accommodations were perfect...we loved the ability to have a common area so close to our private rooms. It was well noted that you took the time to insure we had meals at places that met or exceeded your expectations. The meal prepared by Glenna the first night was fantastic! The tour was a highlight of my summer!!"-Larry L., Glenn Ellyn, Illinois Monument Tour August, 2011-"The attention and care the guides (Mary & Jim) provided was most appreciated. They knew their way around, but their patience and good humor was even more important to me."- Wayne Kurle, Omaha, NE - Black Hills Monument Tour Aug 2009"The Monument Tour was more than I expected and I will gladly recommend Dakota Bike Tours to anyone."- Dave F., Tomah, WI - Monument Tour Sept 2007"I enjoyed tremendously the Monument Tour through the Black Hills. The beauty of the place, the many interesting things to see, the great bike rides, the wonderful accommodations and meals, and the professional and friendly disposition of the guides, made for a great trip."- Armando I., Washington, D.C. - Monument Tour Sept 2007BLACK HILLS MONUMENT TOUR This tour explores the heart of the South Dakota Black Hills featuring classics like Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, Needles Highway and a Wildlife Loop Road within Custer State Park as well as the grandeur of the Black Hills themselves. The riding of this tour is very flexible to accommodate rider's ambitions. No one has to do the big climbs if they do not want to, or if the energetic riders wish, they will have ample opportunities to explore additional loops in addition to climbing the big hills.
