6 mountain bike day tours, approx. 500-800 meters uphill and 25 to 40 km per day, some days with shuttle
Between Mediterranean Sea and Sierra Nevada innumerable single trails can be found in the area around Almeria.
In the mountains of Sierra Alhamilla and Sierra de Gador you will ride through pine forests and arid secluded scenery on narrow paths with difficulty S1 and S2 (few places S3).
You will cross the desert area of Tabernas on Ramblas, which are sandy, dry riverbeds and nice flow trails. Here many films have been shot, including "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" and westerns such as "A Fistful of Dollars" by Sergio Leone,
A day trip takes you to the coast of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, where you will find enchanting bays and challenging trails on volcanic rocks of various colors.
