From Vilafranca we will go to the capital of cava, Sant Sadurní, on a flat walk to the Romanesque monastery of Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs (eleventh century and declared of National Interest), where we will stop a few minutes.
Then we will bike some ascending km to arrive first at the premises of Albet i Noya Cellars, pioneers of enviromentally-free viticulture, where we will discover its history and tasting of its wines.
And then to the Subirats Castle, to enjoy the spectacular views. From there, a descense by the Coll dels Cassots will lead us to the impressive modernist Cavas Codorniu (Artistic Historical Monument), to live an exciting journey to the origins of cava.
When finishing, the Cal Blay 25 restaurant will be awaiting for us with the tasting menu, a selection of dishes that convey the essence of our cuisine.

The present Tour, with little slope, will take us back to Vilafranca, passing through towns like La Rovira Roja, Sant Pere de Riudebitlles, Guardiola.
The protagonist of the landscape will be the vineyards and the lots of wineries that we find, combined with small olive trees fields, fruit trees and a steady interest in historic buildings with the spectacular Montserrat mountains in the background.
Along the way, we stop at the exit of the town of Pacs to pay a visit to Parés Baltà 100% family winery with a long tradition. And the essential Jean Leon winery which will surprise us with its spectacular wine experiences.
We finish the ride moving to Cal Ton restaurant that offers a tasting menu and wine blend of products rooted in our region.

A quiet and wavy itinerary will lead us to the west, by the Pre-Litoral foothills, until La Bisbal and up to Sant Jaume dels Domenys, to return to Vilafranca through the village of Arboç, where we will find the famous Giralda (replica 1:2 of the Seville building).
During the tour we will stop a few minutes at several places that the famous photographer Robert Capa, immortalized, in January 1939, some civilian refugees in retreat at the end of the Spanish Civil War.
During the day, the Oriol Rossell cavas will expect us at its cellars, where we enter the world of wine in a family farm dedicated to viticulture since the seventeenth century. From there the road will lead us through the Castellet Castle (National Cultural Heritage) and the Foix reservoir, to the highest point of the day, Torrelletes, to start then a gentle descent to the village of Els Monjos, passing by the old Civil War airfield.
The day will end with a fun and cultural experience at the essential Bodegas Torres. And we will have lunch at Cal Ton restaurant, where you can sample the culinary delights of this historical site.

This is an meandering route ending southwards by the sea. The mixture of vine leaves, pine trees and dry stone set around a particular orography between the Garraf and Foix Natural parks.
When passing through Sant Miquel d’Olèrdola, after a difficult ascent, but relatively short, we will find the Castle of Olèrdola, which was a strategic settlement from the Bronze Age until the twentieth century. Then we will pedal to visit Masia Torreblanca, a XVth century farmhouse, fantastic gardens outside, where the vineyards become increasingly important.
The road will continue towards Sant Pere Molanta and Sant Pere de Ribes, joining past and present, among olive and almond trees. In finca Viladellops, a premium wine tasting is waiting for us to discover and thrill us with their history.
The last kilometers of the day, take us down to Sitges. The final section parallel to the coast will discover the uniqueness of the Mediterranean sea.
Upon arrival, the El Picnic restaurant, will offer a tasting of seafood and a variety of rice, it will make your mouth water!

The north Penedès, mosaic of vineyards and wooded streams, awaits us in this journey filled with small caves, scattered farmhouses and churches that make up the essence of the region.
First, we will go to Pacs where we stop at Caves Colet, to discover and taste some of their excellent caves. Then we’ll continue direction Guardiola, we aim a rise of 9 km to the upper Font-Rubi. At the highest part, called the Balcony of the Penedès will give us a view of the flatland, before starting the descent to Sant Martí Sarroca. There the Monumental Rock awaits, stopping a few minutes before continuing the road to know the story of a dream, Terra de Marca, in La Munia.
The last kilometers of the route will take us back to Vilafranca, to end the day, the prestigious Cal Ton restaurant will offer a tasting menu with wine tasting that will surely surprise us.
