Embark on the Grand Tour Puglia and experience the diverse landscapes, culinary delights, religious traditions, charming villages, and vibrant cities that make this region of Italy truly captivating.

The Grand Tour Puglia is our most comprehensive tour, but it is also the most demanding, as it lasts for 15 days and 14 nights, covering many of the most important destinations in Puglia. It starts in Bari, then continues to Bitonto, Terlizzi, Ruvo di Puglia, and Trani, Castel del Monte, Gravina in Puglia, Matera, Martina Franca, Manduria, Gallipoli, Leuca, Otranto, and Lecce. This tour highlights how the landscape of Puglia changes from north to south and from the Adriatic to the Ionian coast.

Let's explore the mentioned destinations and the differences between Murgia and Salento.

Bari and its vibrant historic center and a picturesque waterfront, Bitonto, Terlizzi, Ruvo di Puglia, and Trani are charming towns known for their rich history, stunning architecture, and beautiful cathedrals. Trani, in particular, boasts a picturesque harbor and a magnificent Romanesque cathedral overlooking the sea.

Castel del Monte is a UNESCO World Heritage site and a masterpiece of medieval architecture: the castle, Gravina in Puglia with its caves and underground dwellings. Matera and its Sassi, a UNESCO World Heritage site offers a mesmerizing journey through time and a unique glimpse into prehistoric settlements.

Martina Franca, a charming town in the Itria Valley, with the splendid Baroque architecture. Manduria, known for its vineyards and the production of Primitivo wine.

Gallipoli, a fishing town with a historic center situated on a small island. It offers stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and a vibrant local atmosphere.

Leuca, located at the southernmost tip of the Salento Peninsula, with its iconic lighthouse that marks the meeting point of the Adriatic and Ionian Seas.

Otranto is a coastal gem renowned for its turquoise waters and pristine beaches, but also for the Cathedral with its stunning mosaic floor.

Lecce, known as the "Florence of the South," is famous for its Baroque architecture.

Throughout the tour, you'll have the opportunity to savor the numerous culinary specialties that Puglia has to offer. From fresh seafood and flavorsome orecchiette pasta to local wines and olive oils, the region's cuisine is a delightful culinary journey.

In terms of accommodation, options are available in two categories: Economy and Deluxe. In the Economy category, you can choose between cozy bed and breakfasts or comfortable 3-star hotels. For a more luxurious experience, the Deluxe category offers 4 or 5-star hotels located in the city centers or near major attractions. Regardless of the category chosen, breakfast is always included, and accommodations are conveniently located in the heart of each city, close to the main attractions.

Additional experiences such as tastings and sensory experiences can be added to enhance your journey and provide a deeper immersion into the local culture.
