Velo Cruise

We are Mike and Gerry aka Velo Cruise, the project has been in the planning for a couple of years now, after hearing about the different cycling holidays on offer, they all seemed to take part on one island or just one place, where was the variety?

I am sure that there are thousands of people who have to travelled to these places for years, however, living in Europe there are so many other places to explore - different regions, different types of rides and even different countries, so many cyclists spend their rare holiday time staying in the same town, and even the same country for the duration of the holiday when there is so much more to explore and see.

Both Gerry and I are keen cyclists, but with the vision to put something exciting and special out there to the cycling travel market.

I have been fortunate to be working as a Corporate Flight Attendant for the past 3 years, and previously I worked at British Airways for 12 years on the Worldwide Fleet flying on the 747-400, 777 and the 767, for those plane buffs who are interested. So I have travelled the World extensively, and there aren't many places that I haven't been to. I have also worked part-time in the Charter and Incentive market, chartering cruise ships, and working with Incentive companies to put groups on board cruise ships, so combine my love for cruising with my love of road cycling, and here's what you get - Velo Cruise.

Gerry has worked in Management for many years too, so he brings his organisation and motivation skills to the table, and he has also travelled extensively, so we make up a good team to finally realise the dream of making Velo Cruise a reality.
