Description

Tour TransCanada cyclists ride across Canada in 10 weeks, or in segments. In 2012 we will take a maximum of 18 cyclists.Accommodation is a mix of indoor stays and camping. Rest days and indoor stays are in major city centres, including Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City.

Inclusions

Trip preparation guide, including training trips, route and routine overviews and safety information. Full-day trip orientation on the first day of schedule.
Pre-booked accommodation, Iindoor accommodation at hotels, motels and university summer hotels and ferry cabins with double accommodaiton. Camping in serviced campgrounds, including private, provincial and federal parks. Double accommodation with some single accommodation. Guranteed single available as a suppemental cost. Rest day accommodation is indoor plus additional indoor stays on some riding days.
Daily maps and route instructions. Luggage service to overnight stays. Major Ferry fees are included. Tour Jersey (Full Tour Participants), CycleCanada Water Bottle, Safety Triangle to wear while riding.
Support staff, cook and driver. Meals included in the package are prepared by our staff or in restaurants. Participants bring mess kits and are only responsible for cleaning their own mess kits. Fruit and snacks will be available to take with you on riding days. Dinners and hot breakfasts are provided on all riding days when we are camping, except for dinner on the night before a rest day. For indoor stays on riding days there will be some additional meals included in the package. Farewell group meal in St. John�s.
Support Vehicle: Full tool kit and work stand on support vehicle, support vehicle is equipped with power outlets for charging phones and computers and for pumping up sleeping mats. Riders have individual storage shelves for gear. There is a fridge, coffee maker, shelter tent, tool kit and floor pump.
