Being a great extension path and with a high degree of difficulty customers intending to perform must have a good physical condition.

At the start, we will cycle in direction to Castro Marim where we turn north into the village Alcarias to have a short break (45km). After we will continue going north to the town of Alcoutim where we turn towards west to find Martim Longo village where we stop for lunch (95km).

After lunch, we follow in direction south to Cachopo village and continue towards Tavira. The 125km we will find the highest point of the route with 450m in the village of Alcaria do Cume and the returning is almost all downhill.

The tour we head to the Eco-Way passing through Tavira and headed towards Cabanas de Tavira where we traversing the boulevard and move towards Cacela Velha.

Along the way we passed in the small village of Fábrica where the importance of this small village is explained and then we will cycle to Cacela Velha. Arriving at the destination point is made a presentation of the village where we will find the fortress and the mother church of the XVI century, the parish priest's house (tourist information center) and some restaurants with typical food.

On returning to Tavira presents the fortress of São João da Barra (Sec.XVII) and follow towards the salt pans of Tavira where we can appreciate the various stages of the production of salt, bird watching in their natural habitat and passage by fortress of the Mouse (Sec .XVI).

After leaving the salt pans we'll return to Tavira where we will visit the castle with the historical explanation for the defense of the territory between the XVI century and XVIII century.

Then we will cycle direction to the local Solteiras and start in the off road Mata da Conceição. In direction Corte António Martins we will do a short break (25km) and continue on off road passing through several towns in the Algarve hills to get to the Monte Francisco location where we will do a lunch break (45km).

After lunch, we cycle by the Barrocal Algarve to Santa Rita´s village, where we take a short break (65km), and then we follow direction south to find the Litorial Ecovia, through the village of Conceição de Tavira. After this, we will ride in the direction Ria Formosa Natural Park where we can observe salt pans, flamingos and a unique fauna.

Follow towards Cabanas de Tavira, Cacela Velha with a break of 15mns where we will explain the importance of Old Cacela in defense of Portuguese territory and visit the House the parish priest (information office) after the break we follow the Ecovia passing in Manta Rota, Altura, Monte Gordo and stop in Vila Real de Santo António to visit tuna museum and have lunch break (1:30 hours).

After lunch we will cycle to Castro Marim to visit the interpretation center of the territory and traditional market. After leaving Castro Marim will towards height through the town of São Bartolomeu do Sul finding the Ecovia and return to Tavira.

Near the Vale Formoso village we enter in a off road track where we will go through the hills of Tavira and have the opportunity to have a magnificent views of the Algarvian coast and the hills of Caldeirão.

In the town of Corte António Martins we do a short break (27km) in one of the cafes and followed toward the south where we will go through a part of the Mata da Conceição and its single-tracks. Arriving in Santa Rita we will do another short break (36km) in one of the cafes of the village and headed towards the Litoral Ecovia through Cabanas de Tavira. Then we will cycle in salt pans direction where we can observe the different fauna and some flamingos. At he end, we will cycle toTavira where we ended the tour in the bike shop Abilio Bikes.

We will cycle in direction Mata da Conceição where the quality of the roads are very good and the traffic is very low.

The main villages that we will find are: Solteiras, Corte António Martins, Pisa Barro de Cima, Cerro Enho and Beliche where we will spend by the Beliche dam wall. Heading north, we passed the dam wall of Odeleite and we take a short break (39km) and followed toward Castro Marim passing through the towns of Azinhal and Junqueira.

Getting to Castro Marim we will cycle in direction west where we will go through the Algarve Barrocal entering the national road 125 in Vila Nova de Cacela following towards Tavira.
