Giro d'Italia 2018 -The Giro Experience

Soak up the Giro d'Italia atmosphere, ride the best parts of each stage just a few hours ahead of the race, and enjoy watching the pros fight for the pink jersey!

8 Days

If you're looking for the true Giro d'Italia experience, then join us in 2018 as the race restarts in Sicily following the Grande Partenza in Jerusalem. We'll ride the best 60-100km of each stage on exactly the same course as the race, just a few hours ahead of the peloton. The crowds will be cheering us on in every village and as we approach the finish line, a truly unique experience in any global sporting event!

Each week of the Giro has its own personality, but what can be assured are some of the best cycling routes anywhere in Europe. And if you're really feeling up for a challenge, you may wish to cycle up Mt Etna in Sicily or Monte Zoncolan in the Alps as two of the rumoured mountain stages.

As an "Official Tour Operator", we have full access to the route, even on the big mountain stages with our support vehicle close behind our group at all times. And on at least one stage, we'll cross the finish line, stand on the podium, and watch the race from the VIP Grandstand whilst sipping prosecco.

In the evening, enjoy traditional local cuisine and stay in a charming hotel hand-picked by our experienced team. For this tour, the quality of hotels, food, wine, coffee, culture, and people are all as important as the cycling itself, so we will enjoy the full experience of Italy as we cycle through this extraordinary country.
